This is the Timelord's theory of energy. He believes that if you go inside your own vein, you can come out into another universe, wherein you find yourself on a pulsating planet. This pulsating planet uses its own negative energy and transforms it into positive energy. This planet is 100 percent self sufficient and does not need power from anything else but its own center. When you arrive on this planet, you learn to be self sufficient. You then travel back through a wormhole and come out through your own vein. When you get out, you know how to be self sufficient and also how to heal the earth. This is how you maximize your future.
