The Black Timelord believes that the four most significant facets of the woman are her money (hard work), her sexy department (creative power), her outputs points (advice), and her baby children (her love). Then she rules the universe according to a certain hierarchy. She rules her people, her country, her higher power, and finally, her budgets. The Timelord portrays the woman surrounded by the universe, the sky, and finally a map and her people. He finishes the piece with his signature, which is the alphabet multiplied by the 1 through 27th powers.
